About Us

To put it simply, we believe all individuals should be given the best opportunity to create a family. We help make it happen by striving for excellence in everything we do. By always showing respect and compassion for the people we treat and work with. By staying committed to expertise in our clinical setting, in our laboratory, and in our business practices. By maintaining a constant focus on teamwork, honesty, and ethics. And by educating—not only our patients, peers, and community, but also ourselves.

All SIMPLIFY team members have been chosen for their professionalism, commitment to the care of patients and the ability to create a positive and personal experience for our patients. The embryology and medical teams behind SIMPLIFY are comprised of some of the most experienced professionals in their fields and are committed to the success of every patient using SIMPLIFY.

Embryology Laboratory

Over the past 10 years, our laboratory has been perfecting the process of freezing and thawing eggs. All eggs in the SIMPLIFY Donor Egg Bank are frozen, thawed, and inseminated at the PNWF Embryology lab, which has shown results in superior fertilization and blastocyst formation rates.

Medical Director

Dr. Lorna Marshall, MD

The success of any egg bank starts with the selection and medical care of the young women who are egg donors. Dr. Lorna Marshall is the medical director and has more than 25 years of experience running donor egg programs and helped start the Donor Egg bank in 2009. She is a founding partner of Pacific Northwest Fertility in Seattle as well as Clinical Professor of Ob/Gyn at the University of Washington School of Medicine.  She serves as the director of the Pacific NW Fertility Center for Collaborative Reproduction, overseeing the donor egg bank, and donor egg, gestational carrier, and donor embryo programs.

SIMPLIFY Program Coordinator

From start to finish, our team will work with you and your home clinic through the process. They will communicate with your home clinic, help you select your egg donor, oversee the logistics of developing embryos and shipping them to your home clinic, if necessary. They are your first point of contact in the SIMPLIFY process.
